Psicobot: um chatbot na área de psicologia

Abstract

O ChatFuel é uma plataforma de criação de bots (robô) para automação e marketing digital que possibilita uma iteração mais precisa e rápida com os usuários, além de ser capaz de integrar ao Facebook, pelo Messenger. O DialogFlow é uma plataforma feita para criação de bots com inteligência artificial, sendo capaz de múltiplas integrações, inclusive em websites, que é a que foi feita no projeto. O Psicobot foi criado a partir destas ferramentas, por oferecerem rapidez e eficiência. A ideia geral consiste em um diálogo simples com dois fluxos de conversa, e dependendo da análise da conversa, promover um pouco de autoajuda a quem precisar, de uma maneira totalmente eficaz e eficiente.

ChatFuel is a botting platform for automation and digital marketing that enables faster and more accurate iteration with users, as well as being able to integrate with Facebook via Messenger. DialogFlow is a platform designed to create artificially intelligent bots, capable of multiple integrations, including on websites, which is what was done in the project. Psicobot was created from these tools, because they offer speed and efficiency. The general idea is to have a simple dialogue with two streams of conversation, and depending on the analysis of the conversation, provide a little self-help to those in need, in a totally effective and efficient manner.
