Planejamento no processo de execução de procedimentos nos cuidados intermediários da clínica médica

Abstract

O Planejamento é essencial para assegurar um desempenho eficiente e seguro na execução de serviços, proporcionando maior qualidade ao cuidado ao cliente. Segundo Horta o planejamento se baseia em seis etapas: conhecer a história do indivíduo, realizar o diagnóstico, observar o plano assistencial, cuidar do cliente, monitorar a evolução e estabelecer o prognóstico de enfermagem. O presente estudo tem o objetivo de averiguar a percepção dos estagiários do curso técnico de enfermagem sobre a autonomia e o planejamento dos cuidados intermediários na Clínica Médica. O método de abordagem deste artigo foi o hipotético-dedutivo, seguido de pesquisa exploratória e análise quanti- qualitativa, a amostra é composta por alunos do primeiro ao quarto módulo do curso técnico de enfermagem, e o universo de pesquisa corresponde à escola Etec Rodrigues de Abreu. Os resultados obtidos indicaram que os alunos tiveram dificuldades em conceituar os pilares da SAE, um fator essencial para o planejamento no processo de trabalho. Além disso, foi identificado que a gestão de tempo durante o estágio representa um desafio para os alunos. Quando não há um planejamento claro, os estudantes não exercem autonomia sobre seu tempo, o que dificultam o cumprimento das atividades e a organização do processo de trabalho. A análise dos dados revelou lacunas no conhecimento cientifico, que podem ser atribuídas à ausência de aprofundamento nos deveres da formação.

Planning is essential to ensure efficient and safe performance in the execution of services, providing higher quality customer care. According to Horta, planning is based on six stages: knowing the individual's history, making a diagnosis, observing the care plan, caring for the client, monitoring progress, and establishing the nursing prognosis. The present study aims to investigate the perception of nursing technician interns regarding autonomy and the planning of intermediate care in the Medical Clinic. The approach method of this article was hypothetical-deductive, followed by exploratory research and quantitative-qualitative analysis. The sample consists of students from the first to the fourth module of the nursing technician course, and the research universe corresponds to the Etec Rodrigues de Abreu school. The results indicated that students had difficulties in conceptualizing the pillars of the Nursing Care System (SAE), an essential factor for planning the work process. Furthermore, it was identified that time management during the internship represents a challenge for students. When there is no clear planning, students do not exercise autonomy over their time, which hinders the completion of activities and the organization of the work process. Data analysis revealed gaps in scientific knowledge, which may be attributed to the lack of depth in the duties of training.
