Reaproveitamento de refugos derivados da fabricação de revestimentos internos automobilísticos

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo propor um destino para os resíduos gerados numa empresa de confecção de revestimentos internos de automóveis. A indústria automobilística tem buscado gerar o mínimo possível de impactos ambientais e essa determinação é recorrente em toda a cadeia de fornecedores. Os resíduos são nor-malmente destinados aos aterros sanitários e essa prática, além de onerar a empre-sa, compromete o meio ambiente. A partir de estudos e treinamento operacional foi proposto o uso dos refugos para confecção de bolsas, mochilas estojos e afins. Os resultados mostraram que é possível a destinação dos revestimentos para a confec-ção de utensílios, o que permite reduzir o volume de material destinado aos aterros e gerar economia de recursos. Faz parte do projeto, iniciar os cursos e treinamentos aos novos colaboradores na confecção desses brindes para conscientizar a todos a importância do produto confeccionado e a valorização de seu trabalho, que estive-ram sob constante avaliação durante e após o término do seu processo. Atualmente a empresa arca com custos de retirada do material até o aterro sanitário, com a di-minuição no descarte do polímero por meio da utilização dos refugos como matéria prima de novos produtos, pode-se notar uma economia nos materiais que antes eram descartados e agora são utilizados nos treinamentos, tornando ainda mais efi-ciente a proposta apresentada. Os brindes confeccionados foram distribuídos entre os funcionários em datas comemorativas e se estendem aos clientes, tornando uma proximidade maior nas negociações e resoluções dos problemas. The objective of the present work was to propose a destination for the waste gener-ated in a company for the manufacture of automotive interior coatings. The automo-tive industry has sought to generate the least possible environmental impacts and this determination is recurrent across the supply chain. Waste is usually destined for landfills and this practice, in addition to burdening the company, compromises the environment. From the studies and operational training was proposed the use of the refuse to make bags, backpacks cases and the like. The results showed that it is possible to dispose of the coatings for the preparation of utensils, which reduces the volume of material destined for landfills and generates resource savings. It is part of the project, to start the courses and training to the new employees in the making of these gifts to make everyone aware of the importance of the product made and the valuation of their work, which were under constant evaluation during and after the end of their process. Currently the company has the costs of removing the material to the landfill, with the decrease in the disposal of the polymer through the use of waste as a raw material for new products, it can be noticed an economy in the materials that were previously discarded and are now used in training, making the proposal presented even more efficient. The gifts made were distributed among employees on commemorative dates and extended to customers, making it closer to negotiations and problem solving.
