Os benefícios da indústria 4.0 no Supply Chain Management - SCM

Abstract

No cenário competitivo atual, muitas empresas têm buscado novas soluções e os benefícios da Indústria 4.0 implantados no Supply Chain Management – SCM (Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos) torna a realização das atividades mais eficientes, agregando valor ao cliente. Assim, as empresas estarão prontas para reagir às mudanças na demanda e/ou na oferta com mais flexibilidade. O presente estudo tem por objetivo apresentar os benefícios que a Indústria 4.0 pode trazer ao longo da cadeia de valor, a fim de gerar otimização e flexibilização no SCM. A metodologia empregada consiste em um estudo bibliográfico qualitativo exploratório através de análise de estudos anteriores. Conclui-se que os benefícios da Indústria 4.0 no SCM poderá criar um ambiente digital, promovendo troca de informações e dados criando uma interação mais ágil e assertiva entre as empresas.

In the current competitive scenario, many companies have been looking for new solutions and the benefits of Industry 4.0 implemented in Supply Chain Management - SCM (Supply Chain Management) makes the performance of activities more efficient, adding value to the customer. Thus, companies will be ready to react to changes in demand and/or supply with more flexibility. The present study aims to present the benefits that Industry 4.0 can bring along the value chain, in order to generate optimization and flexibility in the SCM. The methodology used consists of an exploratory qualitative bibliographic study through the analysis of previous studies. It is concluded that the benefits of Industry 4.0 in SCM can create a digital environment, promoting exchange of information and data creating a more agile and assertive interaction between companies.
