Como os bicos injetores funcionam na mecatrônica em sistema de injeção automotivo

Abstract

Esse trabalho procura entender e identificar os fatores que influenciam o comportamento dos bicos injetores em longos períodos, e seu uso severo em grandes partes dos automóveis, visando uma devida manutenção que consiste em sua melhoria de desempenho e sua manutenção adequada para, poder compreender as necessidades dos consumidores, e assim poder satisfazê-lo, e por este motivo é importante o estudo da mecatrônica industrial e seus benefícios aos grupos que compram e usam, ou dispõem de outros serviços. Este estudo tem como o objetivo de mostrar esse procedimento de resolução proporcionado uma manutenção preventiva. Para a realização deste trabalho, a metodologia foi pesquisa bibliográfica, com base em livros e sites, contando também com auxílio de figuras e fotos autorais. Após a pesquisa ser iniciada analisando as literaturas sobre os bicos injetores, os resultados obtidos indicaram que, a manutenção e limpeza são essenciais para o funcionamento dos bicos injetores que não revisados devidamente causam falha entre outros diagnósticos, o trabalho obteve uma conclusão positiva neste aspecto.

This work seeks to understand and identify the factors that influence the behavior of injector nozzles over long periods, and their severe use in large parts of automobiles, with a view to proper maintenance that consists of improving their performance and proper maintenance in order to understand the needs of consumers, and thus be able to satisfy them, and for this reason it is important to study industrial mechatronics and its benefits to the groups that buy and use, or have other services. The aim of this study is to show how this resolution procedure provides preventive maintenance. In order to carry out this work, the methodology was bibliographical research, based on books and websites, with the aid of figures and photos. After the research was started by analyzing the literature on injector nozzles, the results obtained indicated that maintenance and cleaning are essential for the operation of injector nozzles that are not properly serviced and cause failure, among other diagnoses, and the work reached a positive conclusion in this respect.
