Sistema web para gestão acadêmica: abcgestão

Abstract

No mercado educacional atual, existe uma necessidade de automatizar e otimizar processos. Contudo, para essa necessidade existem softwares de Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) que oferecem diversas vantagens administrativas e gerenciais, tais como o controle de alunos e matrículas, uma gestão financeira integrada e centralizada, otimização da comunicação entre pais e instituição através de acesso online, além de contar com a possibilidade de integração com outros sistemas. Diante deste cenário e após realizada pesquisas de mercado a fim de conhecer os ERPs disponíveis, identificase uma queixa crônica dos ERPs nesse ramo: a falta de suporte, compatibilidade e assertividade das telas do sistema, sendo que estas são confusas e abrem diversas possibilidades para outras interpretações. Consoante ao exposto, este trabalho propõe a criação de um sistema WEB que permita a instituição e seus funcionários a gerenciar alunos, colaboradores e matrículas, situação financeira, comunicação fácil, simplificada e intuitiva entre pais e instituição. Para o desenvolvimento foram adotadas as tecnologias Java, Java Server Page, Bootstrap, Tomcat e PostgreSQL.

In today's education market, there is a need for automation and process optimization. However, for this need, there are Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) softwares that offers various administrative and managerial advantages, such as control of enrolments and students, integrated and centralized financial management, optimized communication between parents and the institution through online access, as well as the possibility of integration with other systems. Against this backdrop and after carrying out market research to find out more about the ERPs available, a chronic complaint about ERPs in this field was identified: the lack of support, compatibility and assertiveness of the system's screens, which are confusing and open up possibilities for other interpretations. This work proposes the creation of a WEB system that allows the institution and its employees to manage their enrollment and students, financial situation, easy, simplified and intuitive communication between parents and the institution. Java, Java Server Page, Bootstrap, Tomcat and PostgreSQL technologies were used for development.
