Estudos dos avanços e desafios da inclusão a pessoa com deficiência no mercado de trabalho

Abstract

Este trabalho abordou um estudo sobre os avanços e desafios na inclusão da pessoa com deficiência no mercado de trabalho destacando sua importância no contexto da administração e das políticas públicas voltadas à equidade. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com o intuito de compreender as percepções sociais sobre a inserção profissional de pessoas com deficiência, além de atender a objetivos específicos como identificar as principais barreiras enfrentadas, avaliar o preparo do mercado e analisar a efetividade das legislações inclusivas. A escolha do tema justificou-se pela necessidade de promover ambientes corporativos mais justos, combater o capacitismo e ampliar o debate sobre acessibilidade e diversidade nas organizações. Para a condução da pesquisa, utilizou-se uma abordagem quantitativa, com base em uma metodologia descritiva, aplicada por meio de um questionário estruturado via (Google Forms). As ferramentas utilizadas incluíram gráficos estatísticos gerados automaticamente pela plataforma, que permitiram a visualização e interpretação dos dados. A análise dos resultados evidenciou que a maioria das pessoas percebe que o mercado de trabalho ainda não está preparado para a inclusão plena, apontando a persistência de barreiras estruturais, culturais e atitudinais. Como resultado, verificou-se a necessidade de reforçar ações educativas e políticas institucionais voltadas à valorização da diversidade. Assim, este trabalho proporcionou uma visão abrangente sobre os desafios enfrentados pelas (PCDS) no acesso ao trabalho, reforçando a importância de um compromisso coletivo com a inclusão real e eficaz.

This study addresses the advances and challenges in the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market, highlighting its importance in the context of management and public policies focused on equity. The research was developed with the aim of understanding social perceptions regarding the professional integration of people with disabilities, as well as achieving specific objectives such as identifying the main barriers faced, evaluating the preparedness of the labor market, and analyzing the effectiveness of inclusive legislation. The choice of this theme was justified by the need to promote fairer corporate environments, combat ableism, and expand the debate on accessibility and diversity within organizations. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a descriptive methodology, applied through a structured questionnaire via Google Forms. The tools used included statistical graphs automatically generated by the platform, which allowed for the visualization and interpretation of the data. The analysis of the results revealed that the majority of people perceive that the labor market is still not fully prepared for inclusion, pointing out the persistence of structural, cultural, and attitudinal barriers. As a result, there was a need to strengthen educational actions and institutional policies aimed at valuing diversity. Thus, this study provided a comprehensive view of the challenges faced by people with disabilities in accessing employment, reinforcing the importance of a collective commitment to real and effective inclusion.
