Abstract

O trabalho teve como objetivo a elaboração de um plano de negócios, que vai ser utilizado como requisito para a conclusão do curso de Gestão Empresarial da Faculdade de tecnologia de Sertãozinho. No desenvolvimento deste projeto foi utilizada a como referencia o plano de negócio disponibilidade pelo SEBRAE de Santa Catarina revisão e para complementar, utilizou referencia bibliográfica com o propósito de compreender as melhores estratégias a serem seguidas para viabilizar o negócio no quesito econômico e estratégico da empresa Valentim Soluções, voltada para o fornecimento de soluções tecnológicas no monitoramento da qualidade de cargas. O estudo buscou identificar e analisar oportunidades e as lacunas desse mercado e propor ações para garantir o sucesso e a sustentabilidade do negócio. Após essa análise foi possível concluir que a abertura da empresa é viável. Visto que na construção de cenários, o cenário provável o lucro é de R$7.477,84 , no pessimista R$-31.400,00 e no otimista R$39.800,00, dessa forma observa-se que existem riscos e oportunidades a serem trabalhadas e aproveitadas, futuramente.

The objective of this work was to develop a business plan, which was used as a requirement for the completion of the Business Management course at the Faculty of Technology of Sertãozinho. In the development of this project, the revised business plan available from SEBRAE of Santa Catarina was used as a reference and, to complement it, bibliographical references were used with the objective of understanding the best strategies to be followed to make the business viable in the economic and strategic aspect of the company Valentim Soluções, focused on the supply of technological solutions in monitoring the quality of cargo. The study sought to identify and analyze opportunities and gaps in this market and propose actions to ensure the success and sustainability of the business. After this analysis, it was possible to conclude that opening the company is viable. Since in the construction of scenarios, the probable profit is R$7,477.84, in the pessimistic scenario R$-31,400.00 and in the optimistic scenario R$39,800.00, it is therefore observed that there are risks and opportunities to be worked on and taken advantage of in the future.
