Assessoria para startup: em busca de um investidor anjo

Abstract

O tema da assessoria para startups em busca de investidores anjos visa destacar a jornada que as startups percorrem ao buscar investimento no cenário empreendedor, especialmente quando apresentam ideias inovadoras e estão comprometidas em transformar essas ideias em realidade. No entanto, essa busca por financiamento traz consigo desafios intrínsecos que podem ser obstáculos significativos para essas empresas emergentes. Portanto, a assessoria surge como uma solução vital tanto para as startups quanto para os investidores anjos, facilitando a superação desses desafios e promovendo o crescimento sustentável no ecossistema empreendedor. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho é se posicionar como a principal referência para novos empreendedores e investidores quando buscarem orientação e apoio em relação aos seus investimentos. Além disso, almeja-se ser a empresa que estabelece a conexão entre o investidor e a startup, garantindo-lhes confiabilidade e eficiência. A metodologia adotada baseia-se em pesquisas bibliográficas que envolvem o assunto administrativo e também do modelo de Assessoria, que foca no processo de comunicação entre o investidor anjo e o empreendedor. Nesse trabalho de conclusão de curso é abordado com detalhes as quatro primeiras fases, sendo elas: introdução, referencial teórico, assessoria e considerações finais. Ao término, obteve-se conhecimento de futuros temas, com objetivos baseados em Fintech, Venture Capital e princípios de investimentos. Por fim, este projeto procura apontar os caminhos aos interessados em conhecer o meio tecnológico que vêm se destacando cada vez mais no mercado de trabalho.

The theme of advising startups in search of angel investors aims to highlight the journey that startups undertake when seeking investment in the entrepreneurial landscape, especially when they present innovative ideas and are committed to turning these ideas into reality. However, this quest for funding comes with intrinsic challenges that can be significant hurdles for these emerging companies. Therefore, advisory services emerge as a vital solution for both startups and angel investors, facilitating the overcoming of these challenges and promoting sustainable growth in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In this context, the objective of this thesis is to position itself as the primary reference for new entrepreneurs and investors seeking guidance and support for their investments. Furthermore, it aims to be the company that establishes the connection between the investor and the startup, ensuring reliability and efficiency. The methodology adopted is based on bibliographic research involving administrative topics and the advisory model, which focuses on the communication process between angel investors and entrepreneurs. This thesis delves into the first four phases in detail: introduction, theoretical framework, advisory services, and final considerations. By the end, knowledge of future topics was acquired, with objectives based on Fintech, Venture Capital, and investment principles. Finally, this project seeks to point the way for those interested in understanding the technological landscape that is increasingly prominent in the job market.
