A inserção de indivíduos no mercado de trabalho: um estudo sobre índice de vulnerabilidade social, renda e trabalho

Abstract

Este trabalho busca evidenciar os desafios enfrentados na inserção e na permanência de pessoas em vulnerabilidade social, analisando tanto a visão empresarial quanto a do vulnerável, o que irá desfazer as barreiras sociais entre eles. Para isso, foi realizado uma revisão bibliográfica aprofundada sobre a temática em artigos científicos, livros, dados demográficos e publicações oficiais do governo. Além disso, foram coletados dados e informações qualitativas, por meio de duas pesquisas de campo on-line, visando identificar insights emergentes, nos quais são impostos pela impossibilidade de distinguir as necessidades e habilidades dos afetados, como também permanecem pela falta de importância a esse grupo. Com isso, os resultados obtidos ajudaram a identificar as complexidades da problemática, utilizando os feedbacks para minimizar as causas e implementar as principais intervenções. Logo, conclui-se que é um debate importante para reverter o cenário atual, no qual irá quebrar o preconceito existente e consequentemente, aumentar a diversidade nas organizações.

This work seeks to highlight the challenges faced in the integration and permanence of people in social vulnerability, analyzing both the business view and that of the vulnerable, which will break down the social barriers between them. To this end, an in depth bibliographical review was carried out on the subject in scientific articles, books, demographic data and official government publications. In addition, qualitative data and information was collected through two online field surveys, with the aim of identifying emerging insights, which are imposed by the impossibility of distinguishing the needs and abilities of those affected, as well as remaining unimportant to this group. With this, the results obtained helped to identify the complexities of the problem, using the feedback to minimize the causes and implement the main interventions. Therefore, it can be concluded that this is an important debate to reverse the current scenario, which will break down existing prejudice and consequently increase diversity in organizations.
