Abstract

A proposta do trabalho é apresentar fatos que são pouco conhecidos para utilização e resultados na economia. A facilidade de acesso no cotidiano da população mundial desencadeou um grande pasmo pela pouca divulgação e conhecimento sobre o que são os grãos e o que causam. Os estudos sobre essa área não são aprofundados a ponto de responder se poderiam fazer mal futuramente para a saúde mundial. Contudo, ele favorece a economia na agricultura, facilitando a fabricação dos alimentos industrializados à base de produtos naturais, dando maior rentabilidade a determinadas organizações do ramo alimentício.
