Intercâmbio estudantil no exterior como auxílio na formação profissional

Abstract

Interagir com o mundo, compreendê-lo, criar relações e produzir. Estas são características comuns aos seres humanos, e desenvolvem um papel fundamental ao longo da vida de cada pessoa. O Intercambio Estudantil no Exterior vem se tornando uma ferramenta para jovens profissionais. Aqueles que experimentam esta oportunidade podem ser vistos como profissionais diferenciados pelo fato de dominarem outro idioma, assim como por terem sido exigidos em um ambiente cultural adverso à sua realidade. O presente trabalho pretende abordar os vários aspectos que permeiam esta nova forma de adquirir crescimento intelectual, profissional e humano. O processo de aprendizagem tem vital importância nessa questão por ser o principal meio de crescimento intelectual de transformação pessoal e social. Realizar um intercâmbio não é somente dominar outro idioma, ou conhecer outro país e outra cultura. Trata-se de autoconhecimento diante de desafios, de investir no futuro profissional e principalmente de perceber o próprio potencial.

The Abroad Students Exchange has become a tool for young professionals. Those who try this opportunity can be seen as differentiated professional by the fact they dominate a foreign language, as well as being lived, worked and studied in an environment completely different from his background. This work intends to present the different aspects that are inserted this new way of getting intellectual, professional and human knowledge. The learning process is vital in this subject, because it is the most important form of intellectual growth and also capable to transform people personally and socially. Being part of a Students Exchange Program is not only dominating a foreign language, or knowing a different country or culture, it is also finding out how to behave towards challenges, investing in your personal future and mainly in figuring your own potential out.
