Inovação da gestão no futebol: a mulher no controle do jogo: case ferroviária futebol SAF.

Abstract

Gestão é hoje, uma ferramenta de muita importância para qualquer negócio que exista, pois sem ela, certamente ocorreram muitos problemas pelo caminho. No futebol moderno, um time sem uma gestão madura, centrada e focada em resultados planejados dificilmente aguentara ou sobrevivera entre seus concorrentes. Fundamental para o clube, a gestão fica incumbida de administrar processos e recursos gerados a fim de manter-se a receita equilibrada e forte para a manutenção da equipe. Por muito tempo, esse cenário de gestão foi predominantemente ocupado por homens, gerenciando o futebol masculino e feminino. Mas agora as coisas estão mudando. As mulheres não só jogam o futebol, como também estão na alta cúpula dos clubes. São treinadoras, supervisoras, coordenadoras e também presidenta. Assim sendo, este estudo teve como objetivo mostrar a ascensão da mulher no meio do futebol masculino e feminino com suas contribuições para a melhoria do futebol feminino no Brasil e no mundo.

Fundamental for the club, the management is in charge of managing processes and resources generated in order to keep the income balanced and strong for the maintenance of the team. For a long time, this management scenario was predominantly occupied by men, managing both men's and women's football. But now things are changing. Women not only play football, they are also at the top of clubs. They are trainers, supervisors, coordinators and also president. Therefore, this study aims to show the rise of women in men's and women's football with their contributions to the improvement of women's football in Brazil and in the world.
