Análise de estratégias da gestão de manutenção em tempos de crise na cidade de Sertãozinho

Abstract

É visível a situação econômica em que se passa nosso país e principalmente seus impactos, especialmente nas indústrias, esta que alimenta a produção e corresponde à 70% do PIB da cidade de Sertãozinho-SP. Diante a crise econômica, vários fatores começam a entrar em vigor para a sobrevivência das empresas, sejam elas de pequena ou grande expressão no mercado, um dos fatores é a redução de custos nos setores, em especial no setor da manutenção industrial. Portanto, este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar as práticas e analisar mudanças estratégicas no setor da manutenção, inseridas pela gestão nos tempos de crise. O seguinte trabalho trata se de uma pesquisa quantitativa de campo realizada por meio de um questionário, que foi entregue em 16 empresas de Sertãozinho, onde avalia os princípios básicos da gestão da manutenção, com base em todo material teórico apresentado na revisão bibliográfica deste trabalho, pois seria a gestão quem controla e coordenar todos os recursos direcionados para a função da manutenção. Os resultados foram divididos em três partes, a fim de analisá-los criticamente, sendo elas: estrutura, mudanças e importância institucional do setor. Por fim, a conclusão foi elaborada com base nos resultados, onde se constatou a falta de importância do setor, que em muitos casos a manutenção não está sendo estruturada de forma correta e nem estão reavendo mudanças que favorecem a eficiência do setor, algo relevante principalmente em tempos de crise, quando não poderia haver paradas que poderiam ser evitadas, também foi proposto uma solução que poderia ajudar as empresas entrevistadas a superarem a crise e continuarem crescendo.

Faced with the economic crisis, several factors begin to take effect for the survival of businesses, whether small or large in the marketplace, one of the factors is the reduction of costs in sectors, particularly in the industrial maintenance sector. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the practices and analyze strategic changes in the maintenance sector, set by the management in times of crisis. The following work is a quantitative field survey carried out by means of a questionnaire, which was delivered to 16 companies of Sertãozinho where evaluates the basic principles of maintenance management, based on all presented theoretical material in the literature review of this work, it would be the management who control and coordinate all the resources directed to the function of maintenance. The results were divided into three parts in order to analyze them critically, as follows: structure, changes and institutional importance of the sector. Finally, the conclusion was drawn based on the results, which demonstrated the lack of importance of the sector, which in many cases maintenance is not being structured properly, nor are regaining changes that favor the sector's efficiency, something particularly relevant in times of crisis, when there could be no stops could be avoided, it has also been proposed a solution that could help the companies interviewed to overcome the crisis and continue to grow.
