Planejamento para redução de custos em pinturas industriais

Abstract

Com a crise que o Brasil se encontra atualmente, e com o mercado altamente competitivo, neste trabalho o objetivo é apresentar uma solução para redução de altos custos na realização de jateamento e pinturas industriais, com foco nas necessidades da empresa CEI. Busca-se verificar vários pontos, desde a realização do orçamento do equipamento, para saber se os custos que estão sendo repassados cobrem todos os gastos, até a realização da pintura, verificar também como a mesma está sendo realizada, a fim de localizar os possíveis pontos que estão elevando os custos. Após a realização da pesquisa, foi proposta a abertura de uma cabine de jateamento e pintura dentro da própria empresa. Para que fosse apresentada esta proposta, foi necessário levantar os custos para implantação da mesma (custos administrativos, custos para compra de suprimentos iniciais, custos com equipamentos necessários, custos para construção, custos de mão de obra para realização das pinturas, etc.), fazer algumas simulações (utilizar equipamentos que são de fabricação constante, e apresentar o antes e o depois da implantação da cabine), para apresentar as formas de como a implantação da cabine poderá trazer lucros, em quanto tempo será possível ver a recuperação dos gastos, e quais economias serão geradas (como por exemplo, as movimentações das peças e transportes, evitando longos percursos, desperdício e uso desnecessário de tintas, e desperdício de tempo, que acarreta vários outros gastos). Após as pesquisas, a proposta foi realizada contendo todos os custos e os meios para implantação da cabine de jato e pintura, e lucros que a mesma proporcionou. A proposta foi apresentada aos proprietários da empresa, e os mesmos irão verificar se é viável e se há interesse.

With the crisis that Brazil is currently facing, and the highly competitive market, this work aims to present a solution to reduce high costs in carrying out blasting and industrial paints, focusing on the needs of the CEI company. We will filter and check several points, from the equipment budget, as to whether the costs being passed on cover all the expenses until the completion of the painting, and see how it is being conducted in order to locate possible points that are driving up costs. After the research, it will be proposed to open a cabin for sandblasting and painting within the company. For this proposal to be presented, it is necessary to raise the costs of implementing it (administrative costs, costs to purchase initial supplies and necessary equipment, environmental permits, construction and labor costs for accomplishment of the paintings, etc.), and do some simulations (using equipment that is constantly being manufactured, and present it before and after the implementation of the cabin), to further present the ways on how the implementation of it can bring profits, how long we will be able to see the recovery of the spending, and the savings which will be generated (for example, the movement of parts and transport, avoiding long journeys, waste and unnecessary use of inks, and waste of time, which generates various other expenses). After the research, the proposal will be held containing all the costs and means of implementation of the cabin for sandblasting and painting. and the profit that it will provide. The proposal will be presented to the company owners, and they will check whether it is feasible or not.
