O uso de tecnologias digitais relacionadas a era da manufatura avançada: 4ª revolução industrial

Abstract

Estamos a bordo de uma revolução tecnológica que transformará, sobretudo a forma de como vivemos, trabalhamos e nos relacionamos. Em sua escala, alcance e complexidade, essa transformação será diferente de qualquer coisa que o ser humano tenha experimentado antes. Este presente trabalho apresentou características das quatro grandes ondas de mudanças que ocorreram e estão ocorrendo com a humanidade, destacando em cada uma delas como as pessoas viviam e como era o ambiente de trabalho, com o intuito de compara-las e perceber uma evolução causada pelas mesmas, tendo um foco maior na quarta onda (pois ela ainda está em desenvolvimento), buscando aspectos positivos e negativos que essas mudanças trouxeram e ainda podem trazer. O trabalho apresentou uma pesquisa bibliográfica de cunho descritivo, com o objetivo de reunir as informações e dados para construção da investigação proposta a partir do tema. Pode –se ver neste trabalho que algumas atividades e habilidades como: Pensamento analítico e inovação; Pensamento crítico e análise; entre outros; que estão em crescente desenvolvimento possa ajudar o trabalhador a ter uma melhor interação com a máquina, dividindo as tarefas entre homem e computador, buscando sincronia e melhor aproveitamento de ambos.

We are on board a technological revolution that will transform, especially the way we live, work and relate. In its scale, reach and complexity, this transformation will be different from anything that the human being has experienced before. This paper presented the characteristic of the four great waves of changes that happened and are still happening with the humanity. Highlighting in each one how the people lived and how was the work environment, in order to compare and notice the evolution caused by these changes, focusing on the fourth wave (because it is still under development), seeking negatives and positives aspects that it already brought and can still bring. The study presented a bibliography research with descriptive aspects, aiming to gather the data and information to construct an investigation purposed from the theme. It can be seen in this work that some activities and skills such as: Analytical thinking and innovation; Critical thinking and analysis; among others; that are in increasing development can help the worker to have a better interaction with the machine, dividing the tasks between man and computer, seeking synchrony and better use of both.
