Sistema de manutenção em galpões metálicos.

Abstract

O trabalho foca na prevenção e manutenção dos componentes de uma estrutura metálica num galpão, sendo como fator primordial fazer com que aumentem a vida útil desses materiais. Com isso, podemos mostrar como garantir um controle maior das manutenções preventivas e preditivas nessas estruturas, sua qualidade tanto no serviço empregado ao galpão, quanto do produto que está sendo produzido, para que não vá interferir na resistência dessas estruturas, mantendo a segurança dos usuários. A princípio, no galpão há alguns pontos críticos para se preocupar na estrutura como, a proteção do material e seu controle de qualidade ao longo do tempo de uso, que deve ser feito no início do projeto para não ter que inutilizar o local para manutenções preventivas constantes, e gerar maiores custos na produção por causa da falta de planejamento de sua construção. Devido a preocupação com a deterioração do material causado pelo ambiente agressivo esta pesquisa descreve quais os fatores que ocasionam isso e o que pode ser feito para reverter esse quadro, tanto para uma obra de início como para uma manutenção em uma estrutura já instalada e em uso. Os aspectos pra se identificar uma corrosão e como tratá-la foram os temas mais enfatizados desse trabalho, fazendo com que o leitor tome precaução a este tipo de prevenção, será discutido as situações e casos que podem ser encontrados, quais são os tipos de corrosão e como eles afetam a estrutura de modo significativo preocupante. Para a proteção do metal, o correto tratamento de sua superfície e da tinta aplicada é fundamental, para isso coloca-se uma série de situações onde os tipos de materiais são envolvidos em ambientes diferentes, com problemas distintos, descrevendo como tratar sua superfície corretamente e como protegê-la da melhor forma usando as tintas. Por outro lado, o galpão tem outros setores onde a manutenção deve também operar para manter a estrutura intacta, e foi feito em prévio estudo de como realizar as verificações nas ligações de uma estrutura e como garantir sua estabilidade sendo ela rígida ou flexível. No entanto, prevemos que na maioria dos casos em galpões atuais, sua cobertura utiliza telhas de metal, onde é necessária a prevenção que foi utilizada para as estruturas. Assim pode-se citar uma manutenção nas telhas metálicas usando práticas e experiências adotadas por empresas de manutenção e restauração, onde o foco continuou sendo a proteção e o tratamento adequado ao material dessas telhas galvanizadas. Desta maneira, fica exposto que os artigos contidos neste documento são designados para a manutenção de galpões metálicos

The work focuses on the prevention and maintenance of the components of a metal structure in a shed, being the key to increase the useful life of these materials. With this, we can show how to ensure greater control of predictive and preventive maintenance on these structures, both in its quality service employee as at the warehouse, as the product being produced, that will not interfere with the resistance of these structures, maintaining the safety of users . At first, in the shed there are a few critical points to worry about the structure, like protecting the material and its quality control over time of use, it should be done early in the project to avoid having to disable the site for preventive maintenance constant, and generate higher production costs because of the lack of planning of its construction. Due to concern about the deterioration of material caused by the aggressive environment this research describes the factors that cause this and what can be done to reverse this situation, both for the work to start as a maintenance in a structure already installed and in use. The aspects to identify corrosion and how to treat it were the most emphasized topics such work, causing the reader to take caution with this type of prevention will descutido situations and cases that can be found, what are the types of corrosion and how they affect the structure significantly worrying. For the protection of the metal, the correct treatment of the surface and the paint applied is crucial, for it puts up a number of situations where the types of materials are involved in different environments, with different problems, describing how to treat its surface properly and how to protect it using the best inks. Moreover, the shed has other industries where maintenance should also operate to keep the structure intact, and was done in previous studies as performing the checks on the links of a structure and ensure its stability as it is rigid or flexible. However, we anticipate that in most cases at acition sheds, its casing uses metal tiles, where is necessary to prevent that was used for the structures. Then, we can cite a metal tiles in maintenance practices and experiences used adopted by companies for maintenance and restoration, where the focus remained the protection and proper treatment of these materials of galvanized tiles. Thus, it is exposed articles in this document that are designated to maintain metal sheds.
