O Planejamento e controle da manutenção e seus impactos na eficácia da manutenção preventiva.

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo é demonstrar e compreender os diversos impactos que o Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção exerce na Manutenção Preventiva. Para tanto foi realizado uma revisão bibliográfica abordando os tipos de manutenção, o atual cenário da Manutenção Preventiva, suas principais atividades, planos de manutenção, custos operacionais e indicadores utilizados em sua gestão. Quanto ao Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção, foi possível identificar e definir as suas atribuições e principais ferramentas de gestão. O estudo contemplou ainda os problemas que geram a ineficácia no Planejamento, bem como o uso dos sistemas informatizados como ferramenta de apoio, visto que o mesmo torna mais ágil e confiável as ações deste setor. Para verificar na prática os impactos que o planejamento e controle exerce na Manutenção Preventiva, foi elaborado um estudo específico em uma indústria de metais, no qual foram analisados os desvios de Planejamento, Programação e controle durante a execução de uma atividade preventiva realizada em um Ventilador de Combustão, os resultados obtidos possibilitaram a indicação de melhorias, que ao serem devidamente implementadas poderão aumentar consideravelmente a precisão dos serviços planejados.

The objective of this study is to demonstrate and understand the several impacts that Planning and Control of Maintenance exert in Preventive Maintenance. For that was conducted a literature review addressing the types of maintenance, the current scenario of preventive maintenance, its main activities, maintenance plans, operating costs and indicators used in their management. About the planning and control of maintenance, it was possible to identify and define their role and major management tools. The study also looked at the problems that generate inefficiency in the planning and the use of computerized systems as a support tool, since it makes the actions of this sector more agile and reliable. To verify in practice the impact that the planning and control has under preventive maintenance, we designed a specific study in a metal industry, in which the deviations of the Planning, Programming and control during the execution of a preventive activity performed in a Fan Combustion were analyzed, the results allowed the indication of improvements, which when fully implemented will greatly enhance the accuracy of planned services.
