Abstract

O Plano de Negócio é uma ferramenta fundamental na fase de preparação e iniciação de uma empresa. Nele encontramos as formas viáveis, possíveis erros e reparos e todo o direcionamento necessário afim de atender as necessidades da empresa. O presente trabalho, apresenta o plano de negócio da empresa "YAGS”. Uma empresa de tênis estilizados focados na causa LGBTQIA+ visando o mercado do centro de São Paulo com público classe média/alta.

The Business Plan is a fundamental tool in the preparation and initiation phase of a company, in it it is where we find the viable ways, possible errors and repairs and all the necessary direction in order to meet the needs of the company. The present work presents the business plan of the company "YAGS". A stylized footwear company focused on the LGBTQIA+ cause, targeting the downtown São Paulo market with a middle/upper class audience.
