Profissionais 4.0: uma breve análise das futuras demandas de mercado

Abstract

A tecnologia tem sido aperfeiçoada e vem tomando cada vez mais espaço dentro das organizações, impactando e moldando o mercado desde a Primeira Revolução Industrial. A partir de então, a classe trabalhadora vem buscando se antecipar às mudanças e se adaptar às novas realidades, sendo a Quarta Revolução Industrial a mais recente onda de transformações, que estabelecerá um novo patamar de integração e progresso, afetando todos os setores da sociedade moderna. Este estudo tem como objetivo verificar quais impactos a tecnologia trouxe aos trabalhadores nas primeira, segunda e terceira revoluções industriais, levantar dados sobre algumas das mais atuais tecnologias do mercado e, por fim, compreender o que a Indústria 4.0 exigirá do perfil profissional no futuro. Também foi realizada uma entrevista com um diretor de uma empresa multinacional do setor automobilístico sediada na região metropolitana de Piracicaba-SP, a fim de refletir sobre o impacto que a Indústria 4.0 ocasionará nas futuras exigências quanto ao mercado de trabalho. A análise dos resultados da pesquisa de campo demonstrou que a empresa já adota algumas das novas tecnologias e que pretende incrementar seu uso no futuro. Desse modo, os profissionais já devem começar a se preparar para as demandas e desafios das novas formas de produzir e trabalhar nas indústrias.

Technology has been improved and taken up more space inside the organizations, shaking and shaping the market since the First Industrial Revolution. Since then, the working class has been seeking to anticipate change and adapt itself to the new realities, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution it is being the latest wave of transformations that will set a new level of integration and progress, affecting all sectors of modern society. This study aims to verify what impacts technology has brought to workers in the first, second and third industrial revolutions, to research data on some of the most current technologies in the market, and, finally, to understand what Industry 4.0 will require of professional profile in the future. For the practical research was conducted an interview with a director of a multinational automobile company based in the Piracicaba-SP metropolitan region, to reflect about the impact that Industry 4.0 will have on future labor market demands. The review of the practical research results showed that the company already adopts some of the new technologies and intends to increase its use in the future. This way, professionals should already begin to prepare themselves for the demands and challenges of the new ways of producing and working in industries.
