Abstract

O objetivo foco do projeto é possibilitar a criação de uma plataforma que funcione como um elo entre responsáveis e perueiros com o objetivo de facilitar o modelo de acompanhamento das crianças durante o transporte escolar. Esta solução pretende dar maior sossego aos pais, já que vão ser capazes de saber em tempo real a rota que o filho realiza e se encontra em segurança. No caso dos responsáveis, a informação da plataforma garante a comunicação com os perueiros e oferece um maior controle ao transporte infantil. Por outro lado, a plataforma apresenta igualmente vantagens aos transportadores na medida em que possibilita um melhor controle gerencial na conveniência das suas operações que incluem, controle financeiro, agendamento de rotas e coordenação de transporte. A solução permite uma forma mais rápida e organizada de gerir as relações com os responsáveis, com comunicação aprimorada e maior satisfação de ambos os lados. Adicionalmente, o sistema capacita os perueiros a se conectarem e a aumentarem sua rede, proporcionando um serviço muito avançado e seguro aos clientes. Em outras palavras, o projeto oferece um espaço virtual que promove a segurança, facilidade e eficácia para os pais e transportadores, o que melhora toda a experiência de transporte escolar e a confiança entre todas as partes envolvidas. The main objective of the project is to enable the creation of a platform that acts as a link between guardians and school operators with the aim of facilitating the model of monitoring children during school transport. This solution aims to give parents greater peace of mind, as they will be able to know in real time the route their child is taking and whether they are safe. In the case of guardians, the information on the platform guarantees communication with the drivers and offers greater control over children's transport. On the other hand, the platform also presents advantages to transporters in that it enables better management control over the convenience of their operations, which include financial control, route scheduling and transport coordination. The solution allows for a faster and more organized way of managing relationships with those responsible, with improved communication and greater satisfaction on both sides. Additionally, the system enables Peruvian operators to connect and increase their network, providing a very advanced and safe service to customers.
