Babertime: sistema de agendamento para barbearia

Abstract

Este trabalho aborda o microempreendedor individual, destacando suas dificuldades em competir com grandes empresas no mercado. A pesquisa justifica-se pela análise da perspectiva dos consumidores ao realizar agendamentos em barbearias, enfatizando a praticidade desejada. Com base nesse contexto, foram coletadas informações relevantes para o desenvolvimento de um sistema intuitivo, que atende tanto às necessidades das barbearias quanto às dos consumidores. O sistema visa otimizar o processo de agendamentos online, eliminando a necessidade de interação direta com o estabelecimento, promovendo agilidade e eficiência.

This study addresses individual microentrepreneurs, highlighting their challenges in competing with large companies in the market. The research is justified by analyzing consumers' perspectives when booking appointments at barbershops, emphasizing desired practicality. Based on this context, relevant information was gathered to develop an intuitive system that meets the needs of both barbershops and consumers. The system aims to optimize the online booking process, eliminating the need for direct interaction with the establishment, thus promoting agility and efficiency.
