Abstract

O tema proposto de "Residência Sustentável Ambiental" está caracterizado pelo uso de soluções, tecnologias e práticas sustentáveis dentro de uma residência, trazendo o conceito de sustentabilidade, que tende a atender as gerações atuais, ao mesmo que tempo que pensa na preservação dos recursos e do planeta para as gerações futuras, para dentro da construção civil, com intento de formar um elo entre o meio ambiente humano (rural ou urbano) e meio ambiente ecológico (flora e fauna). Em um segundo momento conduzindo a um estudo sobre os problemas ambientais causados pelas construções, como o desmatamento, a emissão de gases poluentes, o mau aproveitamento do solo, e trazendo as soluções encontradas para as mesmas, de maneira detalhada, buscando trazer as soluções de forma mais complexa para estos assuntos, mostrando soluções como: captação de águas pluviais, energia solar, telhado verde, materiais sustentáveis entre outras soluções. Por fim um estudo de aplicação dessas tecnologias em uma residência.
