O impacto da liderança transformacional em uma equipe de produção

Abstract

Este trabalho priorizou a liderança transformacional, pois entende-se que é um modelo de liderar que se destaca por sua capacidade de inspirar e incentivar equipes. Para a metodologia, teve uma abordagem qualitativa, pois não trabalhou com números e a pesquisa foi bibliográfica, baseada em artigos, livros e monografias. Toda pesquisa necessita de uma inquietação para que o pesquisador vá em busca de resultados. Portanto, neste trabalho levanta-se as seguintes problemáticas: Qual a forma mais adequada de gerir uma equipe de produção e quais são as dificuldades enfrentadas? O trabalho teve como objetivos analisar a forma mais adequada de liderança em uma equipe de produção, estudar o papel do líder transformacional e averiguar as principais características. Como principais resultados, a pesquisa revelou que as características desse modelo de liderança são a empatia, a capacidade de inspirar os liderados e a comunicação eficaz.

This work prioritized transformational leadership, as it is understood to be a model of leadership that stands out for its ability to inspire and encourage teams. The methodology took a qualitative approach, as it didn't work with numbers and the research was bibliographical, based on articles, books and monographs. Every piece of research needs to raise questions so that the researcher goes in search of results. Therefore, this work raises the following issues: What is the most appropriate way to manage a production team and what are the difficulties faced? The objectives of the work were to analyze the most appropriate form of leadership in a production team, to study the role of the transformational leader and to ascertain the main characteristics. The main results, of the research revealed that the characteristics of this leadership model are empathy, the ability to inspire those being led and effective communication.
