Abstract

Um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo agradável é aquele que oferece espaços e recursos diferenciados com atmosfera que se adapte ao seu tema - cenário ideal para quem deseja realizar networking, ou seja, interações profissionais; Esses são alguns dos motivos que fazem com que as pessoas procurem por determinado empreendimento. Logo, no momento, ao pensar em implantar um estabelecimento como esse, é necessário realizar pesquisas de mercado que indique se o futuro negócio é viável, e se há demanda para tal proposta. Portanto, o presente trabalho analisa a viabilidade de implantação de um Coworking na cidade de Praia Grande – SP. Para responder os problemas desse projeto, se faz necessário algumas questões de partida como o objetivo geral: verificar por meio de uma pesquisa de demanda se o município em questão possui público para a abertura de um empreendimento como este. Já os objetivos específicos são: identificar junto ao mercado, possíveis concorrentes; levantar quais produtos poderão ser oferecidos nesta plataforma de trabalho; verificar qual o público a ser atendido; e discutir teoricamente a temática do plano de negócios, mostrando a importância deste instrumento para o empreendedor. Para alcançar os objetivos foram desenvolvidas pesquisas de campo exploratórias com métodos mistos (qualitativo e quantitativo), investigações bibliográficas, documental por meio do inventário turístico do município e de informações junto a Prefeitura Municipal. Trabalhou-se na fundamentação teórica os seguintes temas: Plano de negócios; Perfil do empreendedor; Pesquisa de mercado e Estudos de Casos sobre Coworking. A partir da pesquisa de campo mostrou-se que Praia Grande - SP possui sim demanda para a implantação de um empreendimento neste mercado.

Therefore, at the moment, when thinking about implementing an establishment like this, it is necessary to carry out market research to indicate whether the future business is viable, and whether there is demand for such a proposal. Therefore, this work analyzes the feasibility of implementing a Coworking in the city of Praia Grande – SP. To answer the problems of this project, some starting questions are necessary, such as the general objective: to verify, through a demand survey, whether the municipality in question has an audience for opening a project like this. The specific objectives are: identifying possible competitors in the market; identify which products can be offered on this work platform; verify the public to be served; and theoretically discuss the topic of the business plan, showing the importance of this instrument for the entrepreneur. To achieve the objectives, exploratory field research was carried out with mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative), bibliographical investigations, documents through the municipality's tourist inventory and information from the City Hall. The following themes were worked on in the theoretical foundation: Business plan; Entrepreneur profile; Market research and case studies on coworking. From the field research it was shown that Praia Grande - SP does have demand for the implementation of a project in this market.
