| Abstract: | Este trabalho apresenta o desenvolvimento de um software e aplicativo para auxiliar gestantes no controle de sua dieta e na manutenção de uma alimentação saudável. O sistema oferece informações sobre nutrição, exames, vacinas e exercícios físicos, sem substituir a orientação médica. Com uma interface simples, o programa permite que a gestante acompanhe seu peso e receba dicas rápidas, promovendo uma gestação saudável e segura. This work presents the development of software and application to help pregnant women control their diet and maintain a healthy diet. The system offers information on nutrition, exams, vaccines and physical exercise, without replacing medical advice. With a simple interface, the program allows pregnant women to monitor their weight and receive quick tips, promoting a healthy and safe pregnancy. |
