Abstract

O presente plano de negócio estuda a viabilidade operacional, mercadológica, econômica e financeira para abertura de um Day Care (creche para idodos) , na cidade de Praia Grande-SP, observado o crescimento de idosos na região, não apenas pela mudança da estrutura demográfica da população brasileira, mas também com o aumento da expectativa de vida. Essas mudanças acabaram alterando as demandas nomativas sobre as famílias e aumentando o interesse em melhor qualidade de vida dos idosos. As ofertas de cuidados hoje se limitam a cuidadores/enfermeiros ou internações em asilos. Tanto os idosos quanto familiares, tem diferentes necessidades de assistência e cuidados em distintos períodos do dia, além de tipos de serviços e atividades específicos, que além de intreter o idoso os estimule e traga qualidade de vida e prazer de viver. Pensando em atender esse nicho do mercado, surgiu a ideia da criação de um Day Care, um local onde o idoso passará o tempo necessário para que seus tutores possam exercer suas profissões e atividades, com seu ente querido sob cuidados e serviços de sua preferência e escolha. Nosso diferencial está em apresentar planos em períodos flexiveis, atendendo a necessidade de cada cliente com atividades personalizadas, que os estimulem tanto no emocional, quanto no físico e intelectual. O Day Care além de atividades, prestará também serviços de beleza e cuidado, para que em um único lugar o cliente se sinta por completo atendido e tenha motivos para continuar utilizando os serviços. Nosso principal objetivo é promover a qualidade de vida e bem estar do idoso, desenvolvendo atividades físicas e intelectuais, bem como entretenimento e socialização, valorizando o prazer de viver e a longevidade.

The present business plan studies the operational, marketing, economic and financial viability for the opening of a Day Care (daycare for elderly), in the city of Praia Grande-SP, observed the growth of the elderly in the region, not only due to the change in the demographic structure of the Brazilian population, but also with the increase in the expectation of life. These changes ended up changing the nomative demands on families and increasing the interest in better quality of life of the elderly. Care offers today are limited to caregivers/nurses or hospitalizations in nursing homes. Both the elderly and family members have different needs for assistance and care at different times of the day, in addition to types of services and specific activities, which in addition to entertering the elderly stimulates them and bring quality of life and pleasure of living. Thinking about meeting this niche of the market, the idea of creating a Day Care arose, a place where the elderly will spend the necessary time for their tutors to exercise their professions and activities, with their loved one under care and services of their preference and choice. Our differential is in presenting plans in flexible periods, meeting the need of each client with personalized activities, which stimulate them both emotionally, physically and intellectually. Day Care, in addition to activities, will also provide beauty and care services, so that in a single place the customer feels completely served and has reasons to continue using the services. Our main objective is to promote the quality of life and well-being of the elderly, developing physical and intellectual activities, as well as entertainment and socialization, valuing the pleasure of living and longevity.
