Logística de transporte de grãos pós tragédia: Rio Grande do Sul no primeiro semestre de 2024

Abstract

O trabalho explora a logística de transporte de arroz no Rio Grande do Sul após o desastre natural de 2024, que afetou gravemente a infraestrutura e as rotas de transporte rodoviário. O principal objetivo da pesquisa é analisar os impactos desse desastre e as estratégias utilizadas para superar os desafios logísticos, destacando o uso de rotas alternativas, monitoramento em tempo real e a colaboração entre os setores público e privado, o uso do transporte aéreo como alternativa e a cabotagem como uma forma de suprir a demanda no setor rodoviário. A metodologia inclui revisão bibliográfica, análise de dados e pesquisas em sites e documentários identificando os principais desafios e práticas adotadas para mitigar o impacto na logística de transporte de arroz.

The work explores the logistics of rice transportation in Rio Grande do Sul after the 2024 natural disaster, which severely affected the infrastructure and road transport routes. The main objective of the research is to analyze the impacts of this disaster and the strategies used to overcome logistical challenges, highlighting the use of alternative routes, real-time monitoring, and collaboration between the public and private sectors, the use of air transport as na alternative, and cabotage as a way to meet the demand in the road sector. The methodology includes a literature review, data analysis, searches on websites and documentaries identifying the main challenges and practices adopted to mitigate the impact on rice transport logistics.
