Comparação de influência do teste de tetrazólio na cultura do sorgo.

Abstract

Duas coisas que vem crescendo muito no mercado atual é o plantio do sorgo (Sorghum bicolor), já que é uma cultura que se comporta muito bem aos estresses ambientais e tem um grande valor nutricional, e a utilização de testes rápidos, já que nesses testes tem muitas vantagens pois os testes saem rapidamente, são muito precisos e trazem diversas informações sobre a semente. Pensando em unir os dois, foi obtida a pergunta, por que não utilizar o teste de tetrazólio (que é um teste rápido, utilizado na cultura da soja) na cultura de sorgo? Visto que isto traria muitos benefícios ao produtor da cultura do sorgo. O experimento todo foi realizado no laboratório de química da Etec Orlando Quagliato de Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo- SP. Utilizamos então a cultura do sorgo para o experimento e a cultura da soja para prova real, devido ao já conhecimento de eficácia dessa cultura. Usamos a mesma metodologia da soja no sorgo, ou seja, as medidas da solução, as etapas, o tempo, etc, foram utilizados da metodologia da soja. O resultado final não foi o esperado e não alcançou o objetivo, já que o teste não obteve eficácia na cultura do sorgo. Palavras-chave: Sorgo; Teste; Semente; Tetrazólio.

ABSTRACT Two actions that have been growing a lot in the current market are the planting of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor) - a crop that behaves very well to environmental stress and has great nutritional value - and the use of rapid tests, since these tests have many advantages because its results are ready quickly, are very accurate and provide a variety of information about the seed. Thinking about uniting the two actions, the question was asked: “Why not use the tetrazolium test (which is a quick test, used in the soybean culture) in the sorghum culture, since this would bring many benefits to the producer of the culture of sorghum. sorghum?". The whole experiment was carried out in the chemistry laboratory of Etec Orlando Quagliato in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo - SP. We then used the sorghum crop for the experiment and the soybean crop for the real test, due to prior knowledge of the effectiveness of this crop. The same methodology for planting and growing soybeans in sorghum was used, that is, the measures of the solution, the steps, the time, etc. The final result was not positive as expected and did not reach the objective, as the test was not effective in the sorghum crop.
