Análise da implantação de sistema de recursos humanos ADP Expert na empresa AAM – IBMF (American Axle & Manufacturing – Indaiatuba Brasil Manufacturing Facility), localizada em Indaiatuba/SP

Abstract

Nos tempos atuais as empresas precisam se atualizar e gerir a mudanças por conta das tecnologias. A implantação de novos sistemas de ERP dentro das organizações, pode ser um tópico a ser discutido para poder adquirir seu diferencial no mercado e inovar a frente de seus concorrentes. Partindo desse contexto, a área de Recursos Humanos também precisa se atualizar e adquirir novas ferramentas para facilitar as atividades e desenvolver novos métodos para gestão. Embasado nessa ideia, este trabalho abordará como objetivo a análise da implantação de um sistema ERP voltado a área de Recursos Humanos na empresa American Axle Manufacturing – Indaiatuba Brasil Manufacturing Facility (AAM-IBMF) buscando apontar as melhorias e os procedimento ideias para a organização. Para conter as informações reais do acompanhamento dessa implantação, será conduzido o estudo de caso dentro da empresa com pessoas que participarão e utilizarão a ferramenta ADP Expert. O efeito dessa implantação será analisado e apresentado para a corporação como o novo método de trabalho para executar as principais atividades do setor, com o objetivo principal de otimizar a mão de obra e as atividades dos que a manuseiam.

In today's times, companies need to update and manage change due to technologies. The implementation of new ERP systems within organizations can be a topic to be discussed in order to acquire its differential in the market and innovate the front of its competitors. Based on this context, the Human Resources area also needs to update itself and acquire new tools to facilitate activities and develop new management methods. Based on this idea, this paper will analyze the implementation of an ERP system in the Human Resources area of the American Axle Manufacturing company - Indaiatuba Brazil Manufacturing Facility (AAM-IBMF), aiming to identify the improvements and the best procedures for the organization. In order to contain the actual information of the monitoring of this deployment, the case study will be conducted within the company with people who participated and used the ADP Expert tool. The effect of this deployment will be analyzed and presented to the corporation as the new working method to execute the main activities of the sector, with the main objective of optimizing the workforce and the activities of those who handle it.
