A reengenharia no Brasil

Abstract

Este trabalho irá nos mostrar o que é reengenharia; qual a sua importância no mundo atual. Iremos ver sucintamente as técnicas de reengenharia, veremos seu funcionamento, métodos, processos e afazeres. Estudaremos suas técnicas e aplicações em trabalhos realizados com empresas Brasileiras. Empresas que foram pioneiras e ousadas para o seu tempo, iremos ver quais os motivos que levaram estas empresas a utilizar o método de reengenharia. Conheceremos a sua filosofia, começando dos primórdios idealizados por Michael Hammer, o que se precisa para iniciar a reengenharia, os seus objetivos e resultados. Iremos ver qual a situação atual que as empresas se encontram hoje, e analisaremos o verdadeiro custo/beneficio dos projetos que trabalharam com a reengenharia. O estudo irá mostrar os desafios e principais obstáculos que a reengenharia teve ao longo de sua implantação. Este trabalho vai expor os resultados encontrados nestas empresas e irá mostrar se a reengenharia é realmente o processo de se estruturar empresas do novo século.
