Abstract

Como uma metodologia ao SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), que pode ser traduzida por troca rápida de ferramenta em um digito de minuto, "A melhoria sistemática de cada operação básica do setup interno e externo" percorreu um longo e difícil caminho até atingir o atual nível de refinamento e eficiência, superando assim a incredulidade das pessoas em aceitá-la e entender o seu real propósito. É preciso muito mais que ferramentas, trata-se de uma mudança de postura profissional, assim como a quebra de paradigmas culturais e mandatória para o sucesso organizacional. Para a efetiva implantação da metodologia, é necessário um trabalho dedicado da liderança, sobretudo pela integração da equipe através de treinamento e participação no processo de melhoria.

It takes much more than tools, this is a change in professional behavior, as well as the break in cultural and mandatory paradigms to organizational success. For the effective implementation of the methodology it is required a dedicated work of leadership, especially by the integration of the staff through training and participation in the process of improvement.
