Abstract

A transformação digital representa uma mudança de paradigma na qual as organizações têm buscado se adaptar para se manterem atualizadas diante dos avanços tecnológicos. Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo analisar como a pandemia de Covid-19 impulsionou mudanças tecnológicas que estavam previstas para ocorrer ao longo dos próximos 5 a 10 anos, porém foram drasticamente aceleradas devido à crise global. Serão abordadas as transformações mais significativas ocorridas nas organizações durante e educação e após a pandemia, com ênfase nos impactos tecnológicos observados no ambiente de trabalho. A metodologia é composta por uma pesquisa com professores universitários, a fim de obter informações sobre suas experiências no ensino durante a pandemia e como a tecnologia teve influência nesse processo. A análise desses resultados permitirá uma melhor compreensão dos desafios e oportunidades que a aceleração da transformação digital trará. A pandemia serviu como um acelerador para o aproveitamento do espírito colaborativo, incentivando a adoção de soluções que promovem a gestão coletiva do futuro. Esta oportunidade também propiciou uma reflexão sobre a importância da diversidade socioambiental e da sustentabilidade no contexto das mudanças tecnológicas.
