Home office: a importância do teletrabalho na pandemia

Abstract

O contexto pandêmico no mundo emitiu um alerta para todos os setores, tornando-se uma crise sanitária e levando à perda de milhares de vidas. Entretanto, a necessidade de adaptação proporcionou uma percepção mais aguçada sobre a capacidade humana de antifragilidade, e essa nova dinâmica afetou todas as esferas da vida social e, consequentemente das relações de trabalho. Numa transição que culturalmente pode ocorrer a passos vagarosos no Brasil, esse novo contexto impulsionou a adaptação das organizações, ambientando a prática laboral ao tom do cenário, e com essa visão, a adoção e implantação gradual da jornada Home Office ou trabalho remoto, que consiste na execução das atividades profissionais numa estrutura em sua própria residência, atendendo as necessidades de trabalho como se estivesse na empresa. O objetivo principal desse artigo é identificar a importância do home office nesse período pandêmico e as dificuldades encontradas no relacionamento interpessoal nessa modalidade de trabalho, além de apresentar as expectativas existentes para o período pós pandêmico. Em virtude da necessidade de métodos que priorizassem as necessidades sanitárias, a metodologia utilizada para o artigo foi a pesquisa exploratória explicativa com revisão bibliográfica. Ao final desse estudo espera-se elucidar todas as questões referentes ao tema.

The pandemic context in the world has issued a global alert for all sectors, becoming a health crisis and leading to the loss of thousands of lives. However, the need for adaptation provided a sharper perception of the human capacity for anti - fragility, and this new dynamic has affected all spheres of social life and, consequently, of working relationships. In a transition that can take place slowly in Brazil culturally, this new context has boosted the adaptation of organizations, adapting the work practice to the tone of the scenario, and with this vision, the gradual adoption and implementation of the Home Office or remote work journey, which consists of in the execution of professional activities in a structure in your own residence, meeting the needs of work as if you were in the company. The main objective of this article is to identify the importance of the home office in this pandemic period and the difficulties encountered in interpersonal relationships in this type of work, in addition to presenting the existing expectations for the post pandemic period. Due to the need for methods that prioritize sanitary needs, the methodology used for the article was exploratory explanatory research with bibliographic review. At the end of this study, it is expected to elucidate all the questions related to the theme
