O uso de óleo de coco para combater de bactéria enterobacter aerogene e fundo cândida albicans.

Abstract

Com o amplo aumento da preocupação com a proliferação de doenças hospitalares e cotidianas por razões de bactérias e fungos, esse trabalho tem por finalidade a utilização de óleo vegetal natural (óleo de coco). Tal óleo é de grande benefício para o ser humano incluindo suas propriedades bactericidas e fungicidas que são ativadas dentro do organismo humano, no qual sofre reações químicas. Para sua verificação de capacidade bactericida e fungicida externamente utilizou-se, respectivamente, a bactéria Enterobacter aerogenes e fungo Cândida albicans. Em relação a todos os testes feitos e diluição do respectivo óleo em contado com a bactéria e fungo observou-se que o mesmo não teve capacidade de combater tais microrganismos. Com base nos dados obtidos o trabalho apresentou resultados insatisfatórios, por não ter atingido a ideia inicial.

With the wide increase of concern with the proliferation of hospital and daily diseases due to bacteria and fungi, this work has the purpose of using natural vegetable oil (coconut oil). Such oil is of great benefit to the human being including its bactericidal and fungicidal properties that are activated within the human organism, in which it undergoes chemical reactions. For the verification of bactericidal and fungicidal capacity externally, the bacteria Enterobacter aerogenes and fungus Candida albicans were used. In relation to all the tests and dilution of the respective oil in counted with the bacterium and fungus it was observed that it did not have the capacity to combat such microorganisms. Based on the data obtained the work presented unsatisfactory results, because it did not reach the initial idea.
