Impactos das comunicações interdepartamentais em uma empresa do ramo metalúrgico na cidade de Piracicaba-SP

Abstract

O estudo em questão visa analisar a comunicação interdepartamental dentro da empresa objeto de análise, com o objetivo principal de identificar e discutir possíveis vulnerabilidades. Dada a relevância da comunicação e suas diversas manifestações no contexto organizacional, a sua carência nos processos operacionais e comunicativos podem acarretar impactos adversos tanto para a empresa quanto para seus colaboradores, potencialmente gerando problemas na estrutura organizacional. Para conduzir essa análise, foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo com abordagem quantitativa, que permitiu investigar como a comunicação interdepartamental é efetivamente manifestada e avaliar a eficácia dos processos comunicacionais existentes. Como resultado dessa pesquisa, foram identificadas sugestões de melhorias que podem ser implementadas pela empresa para aprimorar a sua comunicação interna. Essas sugestões visam não apenas mitigar possíveis vulnerabilidades, mas também fortalecer a eficiência dos fluxos comunicativos, promovendo um ambiente organizacional mais saudável e produtivo.

The study in question aims to analyze interdepartmental communication within the company under analysis, with the primary goal of identifying and discussing possible vulnerabilities. Given the importance of communication and its various manifestations in the organizational context, its deficiency in operational and communicative processes can lead to adverse impacts on both the company and its employees, potentially causing problems in the organizational structure. To conduct this analysis, a field research with a quantitative approach was carried out, allowing the investigation of how interdepartmental communication is effectively manifested and evaluating the effectiveness of existing communication processes. As a result of this research, suggestions for improvements were identified that can be implemented by the company to enhance its internal communication. These suggestions aim not only to mitigate potential vulnerabilities but also to strengthen the efficiency of communicative flows, promoting a healthier and more productive organizational environment.
