A maternidade e o cárcere.

Abstract

No cenário atual, vivemos em um mundo que, pelo fato de estarem presas, algumas mulheres sofrem no período mais belo de suas vidas: a gravidez e, por conseguinte, o parto e o pós-parto, ou seja, o prazer de ser mãe. Sendo assim, estudamos e pesquisamos o contexto da maternidade no cárcere, a fim de apresentar à sociedade os inúmeros pontos negativos de ser uma gestante reclusa no Brasil, tendo em vista a falta de cuidados diários, de consultas médicas e acompanhamento pré-natal, o que interfere na saúde da mãe e da criança. Dessa forma, os resultados obtidos por meio de doutrinas, ferramentas de internet, biblioteca e levantamento de dados levaram à conclusão de que todo cidadão tem direito às garantias fundamentais, à uma vida digna e um desenvolvimento saudável e é por isso que analisamos uma imensa legislação, que, inclusive, ampara progenitoras e seus filhos no ambiente privativo de liberdade, mas que, lamentavelmente, na prática, ainda é contingente.

In our current scenario, we live in a world that, because they are in prison, some women suffer in the most beautiful period of their lives: pregnancy and, therefore, childbirth and postpartum, that is the pleasure of being a mother. Thus, we study and research the context of motherhood in the prison, in order to present to society the innumerable negative points of being a pregnant woman in Brazil, the lack of daily care, of medical consultations and prenatal care, which interferes with the health of mother and child. In this way, the results obtained through doctrines, internet tools, library and data collection have led to the conclusion that every citizen has the right to fundamental guarantees, a dignified life and a healthy development and that is why we analyze a huge legislation, which even protects progenitors and their children in the environment deprivation of liberty, but that regrettably, in the practice, is still contingent.
