Abstract

A demanda para estudar na Etec Prof. Armando José Farinazzo aumentou conforme sua popularidade durante os anos, consequentemente mais vagas e mais cursos disponíveis para toda a região. Junto a isto, a época de matrícula veio a ser dias tumultuados para a escola, pois há a aglomeração de pessoas, longa espera na fila e documentos errados ou a falta destes por parte dos candidatos. Através das pesquisas aplicadas, uma com os estudantes e outra com colaboradores da própria unidade escolar, trouxeram resultados que mostraram a necessidade de um agendamento de matrículas, onde se pode analisar o interesse dos funcionários com a plataforma e, no outro lado, grande quantidade de estudantes que enfrentam problemas com a escola durante a matrícula. O principal objetivo deste projeto é auxiliar a escola para que minimize os problemas citados acima, pois com o sistema a escola poderá ter um gerenciamento melhor nesta época, como também não causará mais transtornos e estresses aos candidatos.

The demand to study at Prof. Armando Jose Farinazzo’s ETEC increased as her popularity through the years, consequently more spot and more available courses for all the county (could be count, region, zone). With this, the registration season has become busy days at school, because has crowding and long wait list and wrong files or miss of then by some students. Through apply research, one with all institution students and staff, brought results that show the necessity of enrollment scheduling, where could be analyze the staff interest with the platform, another hand, lots of students face problems at school during the enrollment. The main objective of this project is help the institution so the above mentioned problems do not occur anymore, because with the system the institution could have a better management at this season time, but it will not cost any stress and trouble to the future students.
