Abstract

As máquinas agrícolas são utilizadas desde a muito tempo para ajudar o homem no campo e atender as suas necessidades de plantio e colheita. Com o passar do tempo houve a evolução das tecnologias em todos os ramos profissionais, não podendo ser diferente na área agrícola onde essa evolução tomou conta dos maquinários, os tornando então dotados de uma série de novidades que exigem dos funcionários conhecimentos para serem usadas, uma vez que não são todos que conseguem obter tais conhecimentos o que acaba sendo uma das causas para a ocorrência do grande número de acidentes e doenças do trabalho decorrentes da operação dessas máquinas. Outra causa seria o fato dos pequenos produtores rurais não terem condições financeiras para adotarem medidas de segurança em suas atividades, pois os gastos com equipamentos de segurança coletivos são altos, fazendo com que estes prefiram usar os equipamentos individuais pelo fato de terem o preço menor ou ainda não adotarem nenhuma medida de segurança. Realizamos pesquisas com operadores de tratores da cidade de Indiaporã-SP para solidificar nossas informações e vimos que a falta de segurança e direitos trabalhistas no campo infelizmente é algo preocupante. A partir desses resultados levantamos uma possível solução para a problematização a fim de proporcionar mais segurança na operação de tratores.

Another cause would be the fact that small rural producers do not have the financial conditions to adopt security measures in their activities, since the expenses with collective security equipment are high, making them prefer to use the individual equipment because they have the lowest price or Have not yet adopted any safety measures. We conducted surveys with tractor operators in the city of Indiaporã-SP to solidify our information and saw that the lack of safety and labor rights in the field unfortunately is a matter of concern. From these results we raise a possible solution to the problematization in order to provide more safety in the operation of tractors.
