Goma Medicinal da erva de santa maria

Abstract

RESUMO Elaboração de goma a base de Erva de Santa Maria e suco de laranja para redução e prevenção de platelmintos. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo criar uma goma cuja função seria a eliminação de vermes e seu beneficiamento á saúde. Os ingredientes foram de fácil acesso, por ser uma planta (mastruz) popularmente conhecida, sendo assim encontrada em casas de produtos naturais. A análise sensorial obteve pontos positivos nas duas amostras com diferença mínima, o que difere ambas no sabor, textura e no seu modo de preparação. A partir das informações obtidas chegamos à conclusão de que o trabalho teve uma boa aceitação. Vale ressaltar que esse trabalho procura também apontar conhecimentos destacando novos recursos que podem ser obtidos através da erva, ou seja, a goma.

SUMMARY Preparation of gum based on Santa Maria's Wort and orange juice to reduce and prevent flatworms. The present work aimed to create a gum whose function would be to eliminate worms and improve health. The ingredients were easily accessible, as it is a popularly known plant (mastruz), and is therefore found in natural product stores. The sensory analysis obtained positive points in the two samples with minimal difference, which differs both in flavor, texture and preparation method. Based on the information obtained, we came to the conclusion that the work was well received. It is worth mentioning that this work also seeks to highlight knowledge by highlighting new resources that can be obtained through the herb, that is, the gum.
