Abstract

A logística está interligada a vários processos que são cruciais para a movimentação de todos os setores incluindo o futebol, imprescindível para o funcionamento dos clubes . A logística é uma ferramenta que engloba inúmeros processos e por meio de uma gestão eficiente levará o time para um cenário competitivo e uma boa estruturação dentro e fora das 4 linhas. Foi realizado um estudo de caso evidenciando-se toda estrutura logística envolvida no Paulista Futebol Clube através das visitações e entrevistas com os responsáveis pela organização.

Logistics is a tool that encompasses numerous processes, and through efficient management, it will lead the team to a competitive scenario and good structuring both on and off the field.
