Gerenciamento eficiente de um pequeno negócio: alternativas de melhorias para o gerenciamento logístico

Abstract

O brasileiro por si só é um povo que no cotidiano busca alternativas para sobrevivência, no âmbito do empreendedorismo também está busca ocorre, algumas pessoas e empresas se estabelecem informalmente e continuam na informalidade por uma série de fatores. Neste sentido este trabalho se propõe a oferecer alternativas viáveis a uma pequena empresa que já está estabelecida no mercado há algum tempo, porém ainda não se profissionalizou e nem existe formalmente. O objetivo deste projeto é sugerir alternativas, ferramentas e técnicas que possam amparar a organização, o controle do estoque, as vendas, o lucro, a publicidade, entre outros aspectos do gerenciamento logístico. Foi realizada uma pesquisa com a proprietária e após isso a equipe indicou algumas ferramentas que julgamos conveniente para a melhoria do negócio. O nosso método foi dividido em diversas etapas, e sob a orientação do nosso professor, foi feita a pesquisa bibliográfica, a pesquisa de campo e por fim, fomos realizando as demais etapas de acordo com as necessidades levantadas nas pesquisas e entrevista, finalmente sugerimos algumas ferramentas para levantamento dos custos, gerenciamento financeiro e principalmente quanto a imagem da organização perante seu público-alvo.

Brazilians in themselves are people who, in their daily lives, seek alternatives for survival. In the context of entrepreneurship, this search also occurs. Some people and companies establish themselves informally and continue informally due to a series of factors. In this sense, this work aims to offer viable alternatives to a small company that has been established in the market for some time, but has not yet become professional and does not formally exist. The objective of this project is to suggest alternatives, tools and techniques that can support organization, inventory control, sales, profit, advertising, among other aspects of logistics management. A survey was carried out with the owner and after that the team indicated some tools that we considered useful for improving the business. Our method was divided into several stages, and under the guidance of our professor, bibliographical research was carried out, field research was carried out and finally, we carried out the other stages according to the needs raised in the research and interviews, finally we suggested some tools for cost assessment, financial management and especially regarding the organization's image among its target audience.
