Abstract

O transporte de passageiros no Brasil sempre foi alvo de muitas reclamações dos usuários, gerando insatisfações por vários motivos, acarretando em muita demanda em aplicativos de locomoção. Na região do Vale do Paraíba, há uma ineficiência do transporte às unidades de ensino, pois muitas delas são afastadas dos centros dificultando a locomoção de professores e alunos. Observando o problema local, percebeu-se que muitas vezes alunos de cidades vizinhas acabam chegando tarde demais na sua unidade de ensino. É muito comum em sala de aula o aluno acabar chegando atrasado, ou entrando durante apresentações, isso pode acabar gerando certo constrangimento além da possibilidade de perder conteúdo da aula. Portanto, este projeto tem por objetivo desenvolver uma aplicação web/mobile, denominada “Caronatec”, que facilite aos alunos da Fatec a busca ou criação de uma carona, seja ela gratuita ou dividindo a despesa com outros alunos. Os principais motivos de relevância do Caronatec e seus benefícios são de viabilizar alternativas de transportes para chegada ou saída da Fatec com outras opções de custos, itinerário e horário, proporcionando aumento da qualidade de vida dos alunos. Após o desenvolvimento do projeto conclui-se que o objetivo foi alcançado, o sistema web Caronatec é funcional, responsivo e atende as expectativas que foram definidas no início dessa trajetória, possibilitando que alunos da Fatec Guaratinguetá ofereçam e recebam caronas, dividam custos, além de ter outras alternativas de transporte. Este sistema ainda não está disponível aos alunos, mas as funcionalidades desenvolvidas foram validadas em testes unitários.Passenger transportation in Brazil has always been the target of many complaints from users, generating dissatisfaction for various reasons, resulting in high demand in carpooling applications. In the Vale do Paraíba region, there is an inefficient transportation to the schools, because many of them are far from the centers, making it difficult for teachers and students to get around. Observing the local problem, we noticed that many times students from neighboring towns end up arriving too late at their school. It is very common in the classroom for students to arrive late, or to enter during presentations, which can end up generating some embarrassment in addition to the possibility of losing class content. Therefore, this project aims to develop a web/mobile application, called "Caronatec", to make it easier for Fatec students to find or create a ride, either free or sharing the expense with other students. The main reasons for the relevance of Caronatec and its benefits are to make possible alternative transportation for arriving or leaving Fatec with other cost options, route and time, providing an increase in the students’ quality of life. After the development of the project it is concluded that the goal was reached, the Caronatec web system is functional, responsive and meets the expectations that were set in the beginning of this trajectory, allowing students of Fatec Guaratinguetá to offer and receive rides, share costs, besides having other transportation alternatives. This system is not yet available to students, but the developed functionalities were validated in unit tests.
