Abstract

Blockchain é um banco de registros públicos de todas as transações realizadas que foram executadas e compartilhadas entre os usuários. Cada transação é verificada pelos participantes, uma vez inseridas, as informações não podem ser apagadas ou modificadas. O peer-to-peer, tecnologia descentralizada utilizada no Bitcoin, é o exemplo mais popular do blockchain. O bitcoin em si é altamente controverso, mas o blockchain funcionou perfeitamente e encontrou uma ampla gama de aplicações financeiras e não financeiras no mundo. A circunstância principal, é que o blockchain estabelece um sistema de distribuição em consenso no mundo digital. Isso permite que os usuários saibam que houve uma transação que criou um registro na blockchain, abrindo uma porta para o desenvolvimento de uma economia digital. Existem tremendas oportunidades nesta tecnologia disruptiva e revolucionária neste espaço que apenas começaram. Este artigo descreve o blockchain e alguns aplicativos específicos que são atraentes nos ambientes que são financeiros e não financeiros. Iremos analisar as oportunidades de negócios nessa tecnologia fundamental que está apta para revolucionar o mundo digital. Para a construção deste artigo foi empregado o método de pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica a artigos, livros e reportagens relacionados ao tema proposto. Com a revisão bibliográfica pretende-se aprofundar o conhecimento sobre o blockchain e suas aplicações e verificar quais são os impactos que causam em nosso cotidiano.

Bitcoin itself is highly controversial, but the blockchain worked flawlessly and found a wide range of financial and non-financial applications in the world. The main circumstance is that blockchain establishes a consensus distribution system in the digital world. This lets users know that there was a transaction that created a record on the blockchain. This opens the door to developing a democratic, open and scalable digital economy based on a centralized economy. There are tremendous opportunities in this disruptive and revolutionary technology in this space that has only just begun. This article describes blockchain and some specific applications that are attractive in both financial and non-financial environments. Later, we will look at future challenges and business opportunities in this fundamental technology that is poised to revolutionize the digital world. For the construction of this article, the research method of literature review was used to articles, books and reports related to the proposed theme. With the bibliographic review, it is intended to deepen the knowledge about the blockchain and its applications and to verify what are the impacts they cause in our daily lives.
