Como a tecnologia de rastreamento RFID em conjunto com a curva ABC podem auxiliar no processo de inventário de estoque

Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar um modelo gerencial para a utilização da tecnologia de rastreamento RFID em conjunto com a curva ABC no processo de inventário de estoque, o modelo proposto tem como base a integração dessas duas ferramentas visando otimizar o controle e proporcionar melhor gerenciamento do estoque, reduzir custos e aumentar a eficiência do processo de inventario. A pesquisa partiu do conceito de fundamentação teórica sobre as ferramentas utilizadas, em seguida são apresentados os resultados obtidos com a aplicação do modelo demonstrando sua eficácia na utilização do processo de inventário de estoque.

The objective of this article is to present a manageable model for the use of RFID tracking technology in conjunction with the ABC Curve in the inventory process. The proposed model is based on the integration of these two tools, aiming to optimize inventory control and management, reduce costs, and increase process efficiency. Starting with a theoretical foundation on the tools used, followed by a description of the proposed manageable model. Next, the results obtained with the application of the model are presented, demonstrating its effectiveness in optimizing the inventory process. The proposed manageable model can be used by companies that wish to optimize the inventory process, reduce costs, and increase process efficiency. It is important to emphasize that the use of these tools must be done with caution and adequate planning to ensure their effectiveness.
