Private party: sistema de organização de eventos.

Abstract

Baseando em modelos variáveis de evento, as festas contam com muitas possibilidades de experiências de todos os tipos e dimensões, e com tanta busca, os eventos que não se desenvolvem ligeiramente se tornam insignificantes. O setor de eventos obteve crescimento gradativo ao longo dos anos, podem ser importantes planos de comunicação e marketing, o setor mobilizou R$ 209,2 bilhões, em 2013, 4,32% do PIB brasileiro no período, as empresas participam e organizam eventos, sendo de âmbito interno ou externo. A tecnologia serve para melhorar e facilitar, alguns aplicativos que fazem tarefas a serem cumpridas, assim executar metas sem fugir da data determinada, é necessário que o evento esteja cadastrado e que esse espaço seja o eixo da organização e segurança, aproveitando a existência de uma série de ferramentas que facilitam todo o processo necessário. Com isso, a falta de um sistema informatizado acaba ocasionando vários problemas, entre eles, a desordem em determinadas horas, entrada de não participantes no “evento”, falta de informações importantes. Após o uso de cada um dos objetivos de aprendizagem, imediatamente foi realizado um grupo, onde os participantes compartilharam ideias sobre a experiência de conhecimento os quais tiveram que pensar sobre como a tecnologia auxilia e possibilita a interatividade, desta forma, os alunos apresentaram em pratica o estudo ensinado nas salas de informática para internet e para atender a lacuna organizativa, demonstrando em que a tecnologia auxiliará na realização dos eventos. Ao considerar o desenvolvimento do sistema Private Party demonstra-se como satisfazer o convidado no evento com uma melhor organização.

The sector of events has grown gradually over the years, it can be important communication and marketing plans, the sector mobilized R $ 209.2 billion, in 2013, 4.32% of the Brazilian GDP in the period, companies participate and organize events, being of internal or external scope. The technology serves to improve and facilitate, some applications that do tasks to be fulfilled, thus to execute goals without evading the determined date, it is necessary that the event is registered and that this space is the axis of the organization and security, taking advantage of the existence of a series of tools that facilitate all the necessary process. Thus, the lack of a computerized system ends up causing several problems, among them, the disorder at certain times, entry of non-participants in the "event", lack of important information. After the use of each of the learning objectives, a group was immediately formed, where the participants shared ideas about the knowledge experience, which had to think about how the technology helps and enables the interactivity, in this way, the students presented in practice the study taught in computer rooms for the Internet and to attend to the organizational gap, demonstrating in which technology will help in the accomplishment of the events. When considering the development of the Private Party system demonstrates how to satisfy the guest in the event with a better organization.
