The research seeks not only to identify the challenges faced by thrift stores, but also to stand out how digital marketing can effectively contribute to their expansion. Initially, it is essential to understand the relevance of thrift stores in contemporary society. They play a crucial role in promoting sustainable consumption, diversifying purchasing options and reducing waste. At the same time, digital marketing represen ts a powerful tool to increase the visibility of these establishments and attract a wider audience. The research was conducted using a form created through the Google Forms platform and focused on "Brechó Online da Ivetinha" as the object of study, offering a comprehensive view of the current situation of this Market niche . Survey results indicated significant challenges, including an overwhelming preference for conventional stores. To absorb these issues, it was propose d the development of a specific website prototype for "Brechó Online da Ivetinha".
