A importância da logística integrada na produtividade em empresas de plásticos

Abstract

Com a globalização, as empresas tem se voltado cada vez mais atender as exigências do mercado, esse atendimento se constitui através relacionamentos por parte ativa da empresa, relacionada a isso vêm à logística empresarial, que vincula a empresa ao cliente, de forma diretamente agregado no produto em si, visando também a diminuição de custo, e tendo por papel, fazer mais com menos, esse é o atual conceito de produtividade. Este trabalho apresenta o estudo voltado a empresas cujo tem por seu produto a produção do plástico (materiais) e tem como objetivo a identificação de produtividade nos departamentos que compõe a Logística, apresentado também com algumas ferramentas de Produção Enxuta, que visam à redução de custos, gargalos, lead times, etc. Para apoiar o objetivo do presente trabalho, que se divide em dois métodos: o primeiro é a apresentação dos fundamentos da Logística para a Produção Enxuta, este que dentro de departamentos integrados, por via de referenciais teóricos, e o segundo aborda-se a pesquisa de campo onde detêm de questões que visam a identificação deste, a Produtividade, por estimativas comparativas. Propõe a utilização de ferramentas própria dos departamentos que compõem a Logística para constatar que em conjunto tem como objetivo (empresarial), propriamente dito, a interação entre eles para com o resultado, a Produtividade, e como num ambiente global, a empresa deste segmento tem por missão a conscientização deste pela Logística Reversa. Portanto, a Logística Integrada vem a ser um diferencial competitivo entre as empresas, que buscam atender a uma grande demanda de mercado. Onde as estratégias de operações de logística devem-se sempre adotar a administração de um sistema único que em conjunto, além do desenvolvimento de uma estrutura organizacional apropriada para se atingir a excelência nas operações, que conseqüentemente irá trazer a redução do que se almeja. Onde foi possível identificar, também, conforme o objetivo proposto, que na maioria das empresas utilizam-se modelos idênticos de sistemas, e mais especificamente os modelos organizacionais assim tendo em comum, estabelecendo uma padronização sistêmica.

That presents a study aimed at companies that is engaged in common the production of plastics (materials), and aims at the identification of productivity in the departments that make up the logistics, also presented with some tools of Lean Production, aimed at reducing costs, bottlenecks, lead times, etc.. To give support the objective of this work, which is divided into two methods: the first is the presentation of the fundamentals of Lean Production Logistics for this that within integrated departments, by means of theoretical frameworks, and the second deals with the research field where they have questions aimed at identifying this, Productivity, for comparative estimates. Proposes the use of tools of their own departments that make up the logistics to see that together aims (business) itself, the interaction between them at the result, productivity, and as a global environment, the company in this sector has mission is to raise awareness of the Reverse Logistics. Therefore, the Integrated Logistics becomes a competitive differentiator between companies that seek to meet a high demand market. Where the strategies of logistics operations should always take the administration of a single system that together, and the development of an appropriate organizational structure to achieve excellence in operations, which will consequently bring that aims to reduce. Where it was possible to identify, as well as the proposed objective, which most companies use are identical models of systems, and more specifically the organizational models have in common as well, establishing a systemic standardization.
