Logística - Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico (CAF) das farmácias de Atenção Básica de Saúde do município de Presidente Prudente - SP

Abstract

Os conceitos logísticos formados ao longo do tempo, foram se desenvolvendo e sendo adaptados às necessidades das regiões, das empresas e da própria sociedade. Na área da Saúde não fica atrás, envolvendo várias etapas do planejamento. O SUS, em seu processo de produção de atenção e vigilância em saúde, incorpora insumos e tecnologias de complexidades variadas em toda a rede de serviços com a finalidade de garantir uma assistência contínua de qualidade. O presente artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar a descrição do planejamento da logística da Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico (CAF) em farmácias de Atenção Básica de Saúde no município de Presidente Prudente, no Estado de São Paulo, Brasil. Os meios de acesso as informações foram por artigos científicos, que forneceram informações necessárias e importantes para o discorrer sobre o tema proposto, utilizando-se da pesquisa qualitativa, através de contato direto com a Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico (CAF) do município de Presidente Prudente. A realização de um bom planejamento e a organização logística dos colaboradores da CAF, fazem com que os medicamentos e insumos sejam armazenados de forma correta e distribuídos às unidades básicas de atendimento por meio de uma logística que não prejudiquem as dispensações. Oferecendo uma melhoria de controle, além do melhor atendimento ao consumidor (paciente), permitindo assim um aumento de eficiência. Podemos considerar que o objetivo conseguiu superar os resultados, através dos diversos aspectos da logística utilizado pela Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico (CAF).

The logistics concepts formed over time have been developing and being adapted to the needs of regions, companies, and society itself. In the area of Health, this is not the case, involving various stages of planning. SUS, in its production process of health care and surveillance in health, incorporates inputs and technologies of varying complexity throughout the service network in order to ensure continuous quality care. The objective of this article is to present the description of the logistics planning of the Pharmaceutical Supply Center (CAF) in Primary Health Care pharmacies in the municipality of Presidente Prudente, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The means of access to information were through scientific articles, which provided necessary and important information to discuss the proposed theme, using qualitative research, through direct contact with the Central Pharmaceutical Supply (CAF) of the city of Presidente Prudente. A good planning and the logistic organization of the CAF's collaborators ensure that the medications and supplies are stored correctly and distributed to the basic care units through a logistic that does not harm the dispensing. Offering an improvement in control, in addition to better customer service (patient), thus allowing an increase in efficiency. We can consider that the goal managed to overcome the results, through the various aspects of logistics used by the Pharmaceutical Call Center (CAF).
