Sabonete líquido facial fitoterápico para acne com Matricaria Chamomilla L. Aloe Vera (L.) Burm F. e Sálvia Rosmaninus Spenn

Abstract

A Acne vulgaris é uma condição que afeta muitos adolescentes: inicia-se na puberdade entre 9 e 13 anos, e pode se estender até os 25 anos. Em homens, os sintomas são bem mais fortes comparado às mulheres. Ela é causada pelo aumento da Propionibacterium acnes, a qual é caracterizada pela hiperprodução de secreção sebácea. O objetivo do presente projeto é restaurar a autoconfiança e bem-estar do paciente, reduzir a oleosidade, diminuir inflamações, amenizar manchas e manter a hidratação da pele. Neste trabalho, foi desenvolvido um sabonete facial fitoterápico com plantas que possuem as propriedades desejadas; dentre os vegetais que compõem nossa flora foi selecionado a Matricaria Chamomilla, Salvia Rosmarinus e Aloe vera. Para implementar e consolidar o presente trabalho, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica com pesquisas em livros, revistas e artigos científicos. O estudo mostra de forma sucinta resultados promissores por meio de um formulário online pelo Microsoft Forms. A pesquisa mostrou concisamente resultados satisfatórios para a compreensão da viabilidade na produção de um sabonete líquido facial fitoterápico para o tratamento da Acne vulgar. Com base nos resultados obtidos e segundo preconiza a Farmacopeia Brasileira em relação à estrutura farmacotécnica dos sabonetes, o produto foi elaborado no laboratório de química da própria instituição de ensino. Com esta finalidade, foram selecionadas sete pessoas com intuito de testar o sabonete fitoterápico e dessa forma relatar os efeitos obtidos durante o período de uso. Após o tratamento, os resultados foram parcialmente eficazes, o que se justifica pelo curto tempo de tratamento.

Acne vulgaris is a condition that affects many adolescents: it starts at puberty, between 9 and 13 years, and can extend to 25 years. In men, the symptoms are much stronger in comparison to women. It is caused by increased Propionibacterium acnes, which is characterized by hyperproduction of sebaceous secretion. The objective of this project is to restore the patient’s self-confidence and well-being, reduce oiliness, reduce inflammation, reduce blemishes and maintain the skin’s hydration. In this work it was developed an herbal facial soap with plants that have the appropriate properties; among the vegetables that compose our flora, there were selected Matricaria Chamomilla, Salvia Rosmarinus and Aloe vera. To implement and consolidate the present work, a literature review was carried out with research in books, journals and scientific articles. The study succinctly shows promising results through an online form by Microsoft Forms. The research showed concisely satisfactory results for understanding the feasibility in the production of an herbal facial liquid soap for the treatment of Acne vulgar. Based on the results obtained and as recommended by the Brazilian Pharmacopoeia in relation to the pharmacotechnical structure of soaps, the product was prepared in the chemistry laboratory of the educational institution itself. For this purpose, seven people were selected in order to test the herbal soap and thus report the effects obtained during the period of use. After treatment, the results were partially effective, which is justified by the short treatment time.
